ReCap Pro is Autodesk’s software solution which automatically produces high resolution 3D models from photographs or laser-scans.

- ReCap Pro allows customers to capture and convert real world conditions into accurate 3D models for use in their projects.
- Data can be captured from laser scanners or photos taken from a UAV / Drone, then automatically combined in ReCap Pro and imported into Autodesk’s tools including Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Infraworks, and AutoCAD

| Cloud credits requirements |
In a paid subscription mode (non-trial, non-EDU), ReCap Photo requires cloud credits for processing online reconstructions.
- 1 to 300 photos will use 12 cloud credits
- 301 to 700 photos will use 30 cloud credits
- 701 to 1,000 photos will use 55 cloud credits

ReCap Pro for mobile is a pairing of two specific platforms for optimum performance and ease of use:
- Leica BLK360 imaging laser scanner
- Apple® iPad® Pro tablet (10.5" or 12.9")
While the iPad Pro can handle initial scan data formatting, registration, and inspection, most users will also require a Windows laptop or desktop computer for more advanced ReCap operations. Hardware and software requirements of this computer are specified in ReCap System Requirements. |
